Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are attached and the packing slip is included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your refund.
